Welcome to Lakshaya! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakshaya mobile application (the "App") provided by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are required to sign up using a valid mobile number and verify via OTP.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
To participate in the network structure, you must purchase a pen.
Each user can have up to 3 users under their Right and Left legs.
Additional users beyond this will be automatically placed in the opposite leg.
The structure follows a 6-level deep tree model.
Users can earn rewards by referring others to join the app.
Rewards are subject to successful registration and pen purchase by the referred users.
We reserve the right to modify referral terms at any time.
Rankings are based on successful completion of tree levels.
Winners will be displayed publicly on the Winners Board and Slider.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Misuse referral systems or create fake accounts.
Interfere with the operation of the App.
You agree to receive in-app notifications and promotional updates from the admin.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We are not responsible for:
Losses due to misuse of the app.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
